Welcome to Elizabeth Dodds Fine Art online store! We're thrilled to share our artwork with you. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your purchase will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Unframed Prints: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • Stretched and Framed Prints: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May require additional time. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

Note: Processing times are in addition to delivery times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To determine shipping costs, please add the item(s) to your cart; shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

Note: Delivery times depend on your location and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Please note, we cannot send to PO Boxes.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your package on its way to you.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • No PO Boxes: We cannot send to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address during checkout.
  • Address Changes: We cannot change the delivery address or redirect your package once it has been picked up by our couriers. Ensure your shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Domestic Orders: GST is included in the product price.
  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing.

6. Packaging

  • All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Prints and Unframed Works: Shipped in protective sleeves and sturdy mailing tubes or flat packages.
  • Framed or Original Pieces: Secured with padding and protective materials in appropriate shipping boxes.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

9. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
